We recommend creating a project called Vacations to keep track of your team members' vacations.
1. Create a new project named Vacations and make it personal. This way the time spent resting won't be added to the work report.
2. Add all users to the project.
3. Link every vacation to this project. Each user can add their own vacations to their calendar (as recurring events) and link the event to the Vacations project.
You can see who's on vacation (dates in yellow) when you use the project filter in the calendar. You can also use the project filter in the work report.

- Users: All users

Note! Personal events are not shown in the Planner.
