Adding a quote and modifying it in the media plan
Make sure that the setting Use broadcasting schedule based quotes is activated under Settings > Sales and Finance > Quotes.
Open Quotes and click on Add quote.
When creating a quote, you have two choices: Quote lines and Schedule.
Quote lines results in the standard price table, schedule results in the media plan table.
The schedule view with product group, item, week and days displayed:
Dates and weeks are displayed according to how the product has been set in the database - type day or week.
When the quote has been saved, an overview is displayed.
The quote will also be added to the list of quotes.
Quotes can be modified in the media plan when clicking on the quote number. When clicking on the customer or client/campaign name the contact card is opened.
The status of the quote can be changed both in the quote view as well as the modifying view.
When modifying the product rows a notification is given if a product group has been overbooked. The notification is displayed at the bottom of the modifying view and the overbooked date is marked with red.
