Warehouse
In order to use the warehouse, the feature has to be activated for the site.
Warehouse enables you to manage product inventory in one or several warehouses. Inventory is increased with bills (purchase invoices) and decreased with sales invoices.
Warehouse management
Warehouses can be added, renamed and deleted under product settings by going to Settings > Products and services > Warehouse.

Changing the stock
Stock can be managed:
1. in every product view (Settings > Products and services)
2. when adding a bill – products will be added to the selected warehouse

3. when adding a sales invoice – products will be removed from the selected warehouse
Stock can be monitored in the product list: Settings > Products and services

A product can be marked as a service on the product card. In that case it is excluded from the stock calculation. Read more on products.

Adding a product on a sales document
When you select a product, product stock in warehouse is displayed. If the product is in multiple warehouses, stock is summarized and it is possible to select, which warehouse the product is taken from. Product stock is changed automatically when and invoice is saved.

When you make a creditnote of the invoice, the product is taken back into stock. Product stock can also be negative.
Information on sold products is available on the detailed financial report (use the product filter).
