Events and tasks
The Calendar is for events with a specific time. Events can be shared with users of the same site and be linked with contacts, projects, etc. Filtered views can be saved under bookmarks, so that the desired view is just a few clicks away.
Tasks is for all the tasks, both work-related and personal. You can customize the list of tasks to meet your needs.
All the events that already happened and tasks that were marked as done, will end up in the work report. The work report will give you info on what was done for whom, and how long it took.
