Project view
In the project detailed view, you can get a full overview of the project content, contacts, members, all related documents (quotes, invoices, bills, etc.), activities, and so on, but also project progress, its timeline, budget, and much more. Project detailed view also includes the Gantt chart for managing the project from start to finish, and the Quoted vs Actual table allowing you to easily compare what was offered to what has been delivered to the customer.

Planned activities are arranged by several criteria:
- calendar events are shown before tasks if a task has no due date
- the date is used for arrangement if tasks have a due date
- if events and tasks have the same date, they are arranged by name
To be even more precise when planning a project, use the Gantt chart feature to easily keep an eye on and manage your project. This feature helps you break down projects into more manageable chunks – add phases consisting of relevant tasks for each step of the project, use milestones to set clear goals for each step. Read more on the Gantt chart.
Project budget is calculated automatically based on invoices and cost. If budgeting is enabled, you'll see information on actual and budgeted sums. Read more on budgeting.
Project progress
You can easily get an overview of all project-related activities right there in the project detailed view. See, how much time has been planned, spent, and how much still needs to be done.
On the upper progress bar, you can see the overall progress of the project.
The lower bar, on the other hand, shows more of a breakdown of the progress – how much of the estimated time is already used (Done), how much has been scheduled (To do), if there's still a buffer, or if you've already scheduled (and/or done) over time. Overtime is displayed in red.
From the project detailed view, you can go to the Planner to allocate resources and schedule your team's time. Just click on the Planner button.
You can also view the project events in the calendar with one click, and you'll be taken into the calendar view with appropriate filters already applied. Click on the calendar button next to the Planner button.
Most subheadings in the project detailed view take you to the relevant, already filtered list view. For example, when clicking on Planned activities, you're taken to the task list with the correct filters already applied.
Okay, let's continue with adding and modifying projects.
