The project list gives an overview of projects by stages.
The list can be filtered by users, statuses, project tags, date range, contacts and more. Additional options appear when you click on the Filter button. Read more on how to use filters in Scoro.
You can group the list to gather relevant data into groups. For example, view the list by project managers, clients or statuses. Just click the additional filters (three dots) button and then pick the suitable option from the Grouped by filter.
Additionally, you can summarize the data shown in groups. Just make sure you've grouped the list by clients, statuses or project managers. Then click the View button and tick the option Summarize. This option adds up all the data within a group, so it's easier to compare the results of different groups.
Sorting is possible by project number, project manager, start date, project name, deadline, and status. Just hover over the column names and if they turn red, they can be used for sorting the list.
You can customize the project list using the View options. Just tick the options you would like to be visible in the list. You can drag and drop the order in which they're displayed in the list. Don't forget to save your preferred view as your default view or as a bookmark.
Clicking on the project number or icon opens the project modify view.
Clicking on the name opens the project detailed view.
Statuses can be changed by clicking on them. A status shows you quickly in what stage a project is, this helps to define which of the project members should be working on it in that stage.
When changing the status of a project to Completed while there are uncompleted tasks under the project, a warning message is shown. You can either close the tasks along with the project or move the tasks to another chosen project via this warning.
Projects with active statuses are displayed in the active list. For example, if the status Completed is marked inactive, it is not displayed in the active list, but via a separate filter. Statuses can be modified under Site Settings > Statuses. Read more on statuses.
When ticking several projects on the list, you can use several bulk options like adding tags, assigning a project manager, etc.
Projects can be exported by selecting the necessary ones and clicking on the Export button.
You can also find project settings under Settings > Work and projects and set up using project-based product group prices – these are displayed in the project modify window. You can use product group prices for specified projects. Law firms, for example, use this solution to set a unified price for lawyers for a certain project.
