How to use Contacts
Contacts is the place to manage your contact database. Contacts can be clients, suppliers, competitors, etc.
To help you manage your contact list efficiently, use tags. As a huge plus, the number of tags is unlimited. Tags help you filter out the lists you want to see, and the ones you use most frequently, you can save as bookmarks.
You can split the list of contacts in two (go to Site settings > Contacts):
In the contact view, you can see your contact's information, an overview of planned activities, quotes, orders, invoices, messages sent, etc.
When you add a contact person/company, task, quote or anything else under the contact view, it will be automatically linked to that company.
To add a new related person for the company, go to Add and click New person. Choose from existing ones enables you to link to a contact, who is already in the database.
In order to delete the relation, click on the x sign.
One company can have many persons linked to it (and vice versa), but only one of them is the main contact.
