Instead of using different communication platforms and then trying to find that specific piece of information you need, use comments in Scoro to bring all the necessary information together in one place.
You can look at it as a team chat, where you can share and ask for valuable information that is related to a specific project, task, document, etc. Comments can be used all over Scoro. Everyone can write a comment and or reply to an already existing one.
With user roles and rights, you can manage who can modify and delete other users comments. Go to Settings > Administration > Roles & permissions and click Modules & actions. Read more on roles.
Let’s say you need to share an important file with users who are related to that specific project, task, etc. Write a comment and click Notify. Notifying guarantees that the information reaches users.
After adding a comment and then clicking Notify, users who are related to that specific feature will get a notification of the comment. You can also choose individually who you want to notify. It can also be a user who is not related to the feature.
Another option is to tag a user in the comments. This will inform the tagged user of the comment. In that case, you don’t have to use the notify button. You can tag multiple users.
