Contact tags and categories
Tags are used to filter contacts, projects, products, and reports. Tags are not limited per contact, and they can be grouped to make filtering even easier.
Every selected tag will narrow down the list. When you double click a tag box, you can set the not-condition.

The filtered list can be bookmarked so that you won't have to filter it again every time.
Contact categories, tags, and relations can be created, modified and deleted under Settings > Site settings > Tags and relations. Their main idea is to simplify filtering and segmenting long lists.
In order to create a new tag, click + New and to create a group, simply click on the Create group button. To modify (e.g. move from one tag group to another) or delete a tag, click on the name of a tag. Modifying and deleting a tag group can be done the same way.
For example, you can create tags for the field of activity, location, language, revenue, etc.
Adding categories is also as simple as that. To modify or delete an existing category, click on its name.
Contact can belong to one category at a time. For example, a company can be a B - Standard client or an N - new client, but not both.
