User roles and permissions
User rights (what one sees or doesn't see, can or cannot do in Scoro) can be managed by user roles. Go to Settings > Administration > Roles & permissions.
Add different roles like Management, Marketing, Sales, etc. to give different users the relevant access rights. Just click on Add role.
For each user role, decide what people in that role can see an do in your Scoro site. Click on Modules & actions next to each role and check all the features and actions you would like to give access to.
You can also set up Calendar and tasks access rights to choose, how users in a selected role can view and modify the events and tasks of users in other roles.
As always, don't forget to Save.
