Viewing, modifying and sending an order
You've probably already read an article on how to add a new order. So, let's move on and go over, how to view, modify and send an order.
Open the desired order under Orders, or under a linked contact or project. On the order view page, you can see to who and when an order was sent.
The order can be modified in the order view page and data can be copied into a new order, if needed.
Billing gives you options to create an invoice, a scheduled invoice, or prepayment invoice from that order.
When sending an order, you can choose the language for the PDF, if your site has more than one language activated.
Products will be displayed in the appropriate language if they have been entered with translations in the product database. Go to Settings > Sales and finance > Products to make changes to your product database. Read more on products.
Additionally, you can add files and comments to the order.
The files you wish to send out need to be ticked under attachments when sending out the order.
All the sent emails with attachments can be seen under Reports > Sent items
When the email has been sent, a window pops up with a few choices:
1. If you wish to save the sent email as a done task in relation to the contact, add a duration and save the task.
2. You can also save this task and add another task to work on by clicking Save and add another.
3. Click on Close to ignore previous options.
