The list of orders
The default list view shows active orders only. You can specify, which orders (with which status) are active under Site settings > Statuses by ticking them.
The list can be sorted by the order number, owner, date, company, project, and status.
If you tick at least one order in the list, an additional bar will be displayed with batch commands and exporting options.
The information on orders made and the margin is displayed on the top of the list.
The status of the order can be easily changed by clicking on it.
It also takes just one click to make an invoice from an order, just click Create invoice.
You can make your selection of statuses to be displayed using appropriate filters. Save the filtered view as your new default view or as a bookmark.
If the user role has appropriate rights, users in that role can view or modify orders of other users, also issue orders on behalf of others. User role permissions are granted by the site's administrator. Go to Settings > Administration > Roles & permissions to make changes in rights.
