Statuses help to differentiate sales documents, tasks, projects, etc. and allow you to compile detailed reports. With various custom statuses, be it the task board, pipeline, projects or some other view, all important data is always organized exactly the way you want it to be.
Different colors make it easy to recognize items with different statuses. For example, it's easy to tell tasks related to different projects appart from each other when using the Planner.
As cool as customizing statuses is, their true value lies in the possibility to sort your data exactly the way you see fit.
To start customizing the statuses in your site, go to Settings > Site settings > Statuses.
Note! Customizable statuses are available with Scoro Premium and Ultimate plan. In addition to system statuses you can create altogether 10 statuses per module in Premium and 20 statuses per module in Ultimate plan. The Plus plan only enables to rename and rearrange the statuses in the system by default. In order to increase the limit of statuses you need to upgrade your Scoro plan, go to Settings > Administration > Plan, add-ons and billing.
Every status can be ticked as in use, in active list and successful.
Items with status in active list will be displayed in the relevant list using a separate filter. You can set (for example) statuses "Waiting" and "Approved" as in active list and they will be displayed when selecting this filter.
Successful quotes are displayed in the pipeline, media plan and accounting objects’ report. Successful orders are displayed in the supplier report.
To add another status click + Add another, add a name, color, etc.
To rearrange the order of statuses, just drag and drop them in the correct place. Their order will also change in other views, for example the Pipeline, when changing the order of statuses for quotes.
To delete a status just click on the bin icon on the status line.
When done customizing – this is what the statuses look like in the quotes list. You can filter the list by different statuses, active, inactive or only successful quotes. In addition, you can sort the list by statuses, if you click on the column name.
Just click on the status on the quote line to change the status of the quote.
Example of the same statuses in the Pipeline. In this case only the quotes with statuses marked as active are displayed.
